Complete Intake with Intake Coordinator
You can reach Intake Coordinator, Haidee Aceves, via phone-call or email during Intake times (Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 12 pm).
Once Intake is completed, the Intake Coordinator will connect you to a case manager or the problem-solving specialist. The case manager or the problem-solving specialist will contact you within 3 business days.

Case Management Services
Case managers will be able available to connect with clients through phone-call or email during work hours (Monday Through Friday 9 am-3:00 pm)
Things that Case Management can assist with:
- Housing resources
- Community resources/referrals
- Shelter resources/referrals
- Benefits assistance
- Health/Mental Health referrals
- Transportation assistance
The problem-solving specialist can assist you if there is one barrier keeping you from housing or one barrier keeping you from losing it. (Monday through Friday 9 am – 5 pm)
Things that Problem-Solving Specialist can assist with:
- Move-in assistance
- Landlord advocacy
- Budgeting guidance
- Transportation to reunite with family
- Housing crisis support
- Eviction prevention
